This fall, we’re looking forward to returning to the United States on furlough. One of the things we value most about this time is the opportunity to reconnect personally with family, friends, and ministry partners who have faithfully stood with us in the work. Ministry often stretches across miles, but furlough gives us a chance to sit down face-to-face, strengthen those relationships, and be reminded again of how the Lord uses His people together in the work of the Gospel.

We also see this as a great opportunity to encourage churches in their own part of the Great Commission. Our desire is not simply to talk about ministry abroad, but to challenge and strengthen believers to be faithful witnesses and disciple-makers right where God has placed them.
